Project Overview

CMPL Global (Charu Merchandising Pvt. Ltd.) is an India-based sourcing, merchandising, and product development partner for international retail programs—especially value and discount retail in North America. With sourcing roots spanning nearly four decades and long-running retail partnerships, the company needed a digital presence that matches how serious buyers evaluate a buying house: categories, compliance, process, and a clear path to the buying desk.

NodeMerge designed and built the company website as a structured B2B showcase—from product offerings and trade services to design/development workflows and contact.

About CMPL

Charu Merchandising operates as a diversified buying house out of New Delhi, coordinating verified factories across India’s production clusters. Their programs span:

The Challenge

Global buyers already understand India as a supply base—what they need from a website is proof of program readiness: multi-category depth, audited partners, quality and export documentation, and a credible concept-to-shelf process. The site had to:

  1. Explain a complex sourcing business in plain, scannable sections
  2. Separate products, trade services, and design/PD without feeling like a brochure dump
  3. Signal compliance (audits, testing, packaging specs, shipment docs) without legal overclaim
  4. Give international buyers an obvious next step (explore products / contact buying desk)
